You have one credit balance. Plans, credit packs, vouchers and bonuses all add to it, and every generation spends from it.
1-month Trial plan — 50 credits, all models unlocked, and 10 concurrent generations for 30 days. No credit card required. Credits never expire; to keep generating after the trial, subscribe to a plan.
It depends on the model and the settings. An image costs from 2 CR (Dola-Seedream 5.0 Flash) up to 10 CR (Flux 2 Max). A video costs from 17 CR (Seedance 2.0 Mini) and scales with resolution and length, up to 549 CR in the tiers listed (Seedance 2.5). See the full pricing table above for every model.
No. Credits never expire. They stay in your balance even if your plan ends.
Yes. Credits are spent while you have an active plan. If your plan ends, your credits are kept and work again when you subscribe.
A plan is monthly: it adds credits every month and lets you spend them, and it costs less per credit (from $0.0143 on Hero). A credit pack is extra credits on top of your plan, for when your monthly credits run out.
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
Credits for a generation that fails on our side are returned to your balance automatically. For anything else, contact hi@fluxpool.ai and we will look at your request.
Each plan sets how many generations can run at once: Base 10, Pro 15, Growth 20, Hero 25. The 1-month trial allows 10. Starting one more returns an HTTP 429 with the code CONCURRENCY_LIMIT_REACHED until one finishes. Apps you connect to Fluxpool also have a daily credit limit you set. Enterprise limits are set per contract.
Yes. You own all outputs generated through Fluxpool. See our Terms of Service for full details on output ownership and usage rights.
API pricing is identical to playground pricing. Same models, same per-generation costs, same credit balance. No markup for API usage.
Yes. Your credits work across all models. Switch freely between any image or video model without separate accounts or billing. That's the point.
