Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Fluxpool.ai’s image and video generation platform, API, and all related services. By using Fluxpool.ai, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Fluxpool.ai provides access to multiple third-party AI models. You are responsible for all content you generate, regardless of which model produces it.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Fluxpool.ai to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute any of the following content categories. This applies to all models, all endpoints (playground and API), and all output formats (image and video).

1.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Photorealistic depictions of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
  • Anime, cartoon, or stylized sexualized depictions of characters who appear to be minors
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any form, regardless of artistic style or stated intent
  • Prompts designed to test or circumvent CSAM filters

This is a zero-tolerance category. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities.

1.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery & Deepfakes

You may not generate:

  • Sexually explicit or intimate imagery of real, identifiable individuals without their verified consent
  • “Deepfake” content that places a real person’s likeness into sexual, violent, or defamatory scenarios
  • Face-swap content intended to deceive, harass, embarrass, or defraud
  • Non-consensual pornographic depictions of any individual, real or based on a real person

“Identifiable” means the person could be recognized by their face, body, name, or contextual details.

1.3 Violence, Gore & Terrorism

You may not generate:

  • Gratuitous or realistic depictions of extreme violence, torture, or mutilation
  • Content glorifying, promoting, or instructing acts of terrorism
  • Graphic depictions of real-world atrocities, mass shootings, or acts of war intended to shock, celebrate, or incite
  • Content designed to threaten, intimidate, or incite violence against specific individuals or groups

Fictional violence in clearly creative or editorial contexts (e.g., game concept art, film storyboards) is generally permitted, provided it does not target real individuals or groups and does not violate other sections of this policy.

1.4 Hate Speech & Discrimination

You may not generate content that:

  • Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or caste
  • Depicts protected groups in dehumanizing, degrading, or stereotyping contexts
  • Uses slurs, symbols, or imagery associated with hate groups
  • Creates propaganda for extremist or supremacist ideologies

1.5 Fraud, Deception & Misinformation

You may not generate content intended to:

  • Impersonate real individuals, organizations, or government entities for fraudulent purposes
  • Create fake identity documents, credentials, or official-looking records
  • Produce synthetic media designed to deceive the public about real events (e.g., fabricated news imagery, fake disaster photos, election misinformation)
  • Support phishing, scam, or social engineering schemes
  • Manipulate financial markets through fabricated evidence

1.6 Illegal Activity

You may not use Fluxpool.ai to generate content that facilitates, promotes, or depicts:

  • The production, distribution, or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Instructions for weapons, explosives, or other instruments of harm
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions where Fluxpool.ai operates

1.7 Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not use Fluxpool.ai to:

  • Intentionally reproduce copyrighted works, trademarks, or logos without authorization
  • Generate content that constitutes counterfeiting of branded goods
  • Bypass or replicate the distinctive style of a specific living artist with the stated intent to pass off the output as their work or to commercially compete with them

Note: AI models are trained on broad datasets and may produce outputs with stylistic similarities to existing works. Fluxpool.ai does not guarantee that generated outputs are free of intellectual property concerns. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable IP laws.

2. Restricted Content

The following content categories are not outright prohibited but are restricted. You must comply with the stated conditions.

2.1 Adult / NSFW Content

Fluxpool.ai’s default content policy prohibits sexually explicit (NSFW) content generation.

  • NSFW generation may be available on select models where the upstream model provider permits it
  • If enabled, NSFW content is restricted to consenting adult characters only and must not involve any real, identifiable individual without verified consent
  • NSFW content must not be generated via prompts that reference minors in any way
  • All NSFW outputs must comply with all other sections of this AUP
  • Fluxpool.ai reserves the right to disable NSFW capabilities for any model at any time

Enterprise customers may discuss custom content policies for verified use cases (e.g., adult entertainment platforms with age verification). Contact trust@fluxpool.ai.

2.2 Political Content

AI-generated political content carries risks of misinformation. The following restrictions apply:

  • You may not generate images or videos that depict real political figures in fabricated scenarios designed to mislead voters
  • You may not produce AI-generated political advertisements without clear disclosure that the content is AI-generated
  • Satire, commentary, and clearly labeled fictional political content is permitted, provided it includes visible attribution as AI-generated

Where applicable, you must comply with local election laws regarding synthetic media.

2.3 Medical & Health Content

You may not generate content that:

  • Provides specific medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or health advice through generated imagery
  • Creates fake medical records, prescriptions, or test results
  • Promotes dangerous or unproven health treatments

Educational and illustrative medical content (e.g., anatomical illustrations for learning materials) is permitted.

3. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Fluxpool.ai is designed for creative and productive use. To maintain platform quality and availability for all users:

  • Rate limits apply to both playground and API usage. See our API documentation for current limits.
  • Automated abuse — including prompt injection attacks, automated filter bypass attempts, and bot-driven bulk generation designed to exploit free credits — is prohibited.
  • Reselling API access without a written partnership agreement is prohibited. You may integrate Fluxpool-generated content into your products and services, but you may not resell raw API access as your own service.
  • Excessive resource consumption that degrades service for other users may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
  • Free tier abuse — creating multiple accounts to accumulate free credits is prohibited.

4. Content Labeling & Disclosure

We strongly recommend — and in some contexts require — that AI-generated content be labeled as such:

  • Required: AI-generated content used in news, journalism, or political contexts must be clearly labeled as AI-generated.
  • Required: AI-generated content depicting realistic human faces must not be presented as photographs of real individuals without disclosure.
  • Recommended: All AI-generated content shared publicly should include attribution (e.g., “Generated with Fluxpool.ai” or “AI-generated image”).
  • Metadata: Fluxpool.ai may embed metadata (C2PA or similar) in generated outputs to indicate AI provenance. Do not strip this metadata when it is present.

5. Model-Specific Policies

Fluxpool.ai provides access to models from multiple third-party providers. Each model may have its own acceptable use policy imposed by its provider. When using a specific model, you must comply with both this AUP and the model provider’s usage terms.

Key provider-specific considerations:

  • Stability AI models (SDXL): Subject to Stability AI’s Acceptable Use Policy
  • Black Forest Labs models (Flux): Subject to BFL’s terms of use
  • Runway models: Subject to Runway’s content policy
  • Alibaba/Qwen models: Subject to Alibaba Cloud’s acceptable use terms
  • Kuaishou models (Kling): Subject to Kuaishou’s platform policies
  • Tencent models (Hunyuan): Subject to Tencent’s usage guidelines

In cases of conflict between this AUP and a model provider’s policy, the more restrictive policy applies.

Fluxpool.ai may restrict access to specific models if a user’s usage pattern violates that model’s provider terms, even if it does not violate this AUP.

6. Monitoring & Enforcement

6.1 How We Monitor

To maintain platform safety, Fluxpool.ai employs the following:

  • Automated content filters — Prompts and outputs are screened by automated safety classifiers. Blocked generations are not charged to your account.
  • Model-level safety layers — Many upstream models include their own built-in safety filters, which operate independently of Fluxpool’s systems.
  • Abuse detection — Automated systems monitor for patterns of policy-violating behavior, including repeated blocked attempts, filter evasion techniques, and anomalous usage patterns.
  • Human review — Flagged content may be reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We review content only when flagged by automated systems, reported by users, or required by law.

We do not manually review all generated content. We do not sell or share your generated content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Enforcement Actions

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at Fluxpool.ai’s sole discretion:

Warning

Email notification describing the violation. Applies to first-time or minor infractions.

Content removal

Specific generated content is removed from our servers.

Temporary suspension

Account access is suspended for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).

Permanent termination

Account is permanently banned. Remaining credits are forfeited.

Law enforcement referral

CSAM or credible threats of violence are reported to relevant authorities.

Severity is determined by:

  • The nature of the violation (CSAM and violence are always treated as maximum severity)
  • Whether the violation appears intentional or accidental
  • The user’s history of compliance
  • The scale of the violation (single instance vs. systematic abuse)

6.3 Credit Forfeiture

If your account is suspended or terminated for AUP violations:

  • Temporary suspension: Credits are preserved and available upon reinstatement.
  • Permanent termination: All remaining credits are forfeited. No refund will be issued for unused credits on permanently terminated accounts.
  • Blocked generations: Generations blocked by content filters are not charged. If credits were incorrectly deducted for a blocked generation, contact support for a refund.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content generated on Fluxpool.ai that violates this policy, or if you believe your likeness has been used without consent, please report it:

Email: trust@fluxpool.ai

When reporting, include:

  • A description of the violation
  • The URL, image, or video in question (if available)
  • The approximate date and time of generation (if known)
  • Any additional context that helps us investigate

We aim to acknowledge all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action within 7 business days. Urgent reports (CSAM, threats of imminent violence) are prioritized and escalated immediately.

8. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal:

Email: trust@fluxpool.ai
Subject line: “AUP Appeal — [Your Account Email]”

Include:

  • Your account email address
  • The enforcement action you are appealing
  • Your explanation of why the action was taken in error

Appeals are reviewed by a member of our Trust & Safety team (not the same person who made the original enforcement decision, when possible). You will receive a response within 10 business days.

One appeal is permitted per enforcement action. The appeal decision is final.

9. Changes to This Policy

Fluxpool.ai may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. When we make material changes:

  • We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
  • We will notify registered users via email for significant changes
  • We may post an announcement on our blog or changelog

Continued use of Fluxpool.ai after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account and request a refund for unused credits (subject to our Terms of Service).
